Our food&bev customer wants to compare the energy performance of two production lines: a continuous high efficiency production line is very energy intensive (water + electricity), the second one working with batches.
We calculate the energy efficiency per kg of finished products for these 2 lines, detecting and showing that the second line was more energy efficient. At the same time, the visualization of the indicators at a finer time step allowed to detect consumption anomalies during the stopping phases of production lines.
The removal of these anomalies enabled to reduce electricity consumption by 8%.
